Ok guys I have another one I need help with please! Is this a doubled die or is it Machine Doubling?

Tops of the Motto devices is a die wear on the die. On the sides Of the Motto Devices (some left side and some right side) you can see Machine Doubling. I see no evidence of a double die reverse. Just a die event, and a striking event. Not a die variety.
