I received this in my change a few weeks ago. The mint mark looks kinda diff. Could it possibly be the S over the D?

Sorry, but I think it's just damage ( PMD). Spend it and maybe a young beginning collector will find it

Looks like damage to me as well. A close-up of the mint mark would confirm.

It is a normal S mint with circulation damage.

PMD. The S took a harsh blow, as did the date.
