Tanman2001 Pillar of the Community United States 4398 Posts	Posted 02/17/2020 9:01 pm Because the letters are incuse, doubling on the outer lettering is Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling. Hub doubling (a doubled die) would actually make these letters thinner, like E PLURIBUS UNUM on the major shield cent DDRs. Report this Post to the Staff
