found a handful or red seal two dollar bills in my gramps old stuff.... I am curious if anyone has seen any misprint like this? I know y'all are going to think someone drew a line on it and that is certainly a possibility but I figured I would post and try to get some help? thanks everyone!

Most likely from a bank stamp. Banks will bundle them in a bundle of $50, $100, $500, $1000 and stamp the paper band with, I don't know, teller?, branch?, amount?, whatever and sometimes the stamp misses the band and prints partly on the top bill. Your red line is from a bank stamp.
