I would like to submit some more of my hometown National Bank notes for preservation and grading....has anyone used Legacy? how is the service? how are the holders?...the rest are in PCGS holders from Peoria,IL...not sure if I should go with the new PCGS or Legacy? please give any thoughts or experience!

Legacy is not a fully functioning operation and is the subject of legal scrutiny. I would NOT send notes to them.

Agree. Do NOT send to Legacy. I'd recommend PMG right now.

I wouldn't waste time or money with Legacy. I'd go with PMG or the new PCGS service.

I wouldn't use Legacy. Even if they were the ONLY third part grader.
