Picture not so good bottom coin normal top two have a mashed down look no ridges in the hair and around mouth is this from the mint or hit with a hammer?

Is the diameter larger? It may have been squeezed.
If the diameter is normal, then it might be an issue with a Struck Through Grease?

The top coin looks Struck Through Grease, followed by some circulation.
