Switzerland. "Helvetica" or "Helvetia" is the old Roman/Latin name for Switzerland.

Switzerland is a multi-ethnic and multi-lingual country, so "neutral" Latin is used instead.

Switzerland (officially the Swiss Confederation, Confoederatio Helvetica in Latin)

Edit: How did Sap sneak in there?

As much as I would like to blame it on some temporal anomaly, the truth is I load several messages at time time (into Firefox tabs) then read through them. A tab might have been open a few minutes before I get a chance submit a reply.
