Looks like a normal silver quarter that either spent some time in the works of a dryer (link=> Dryer Coin ), has been spooned or was in the process of being made into jewelry.

Thank you for the info I had bought a boxs full of junk really from my neibors estate sale an I have no clue. Thank you again an a dryer shrinks it to the size of a nickle dang I would have never thought of that. I appreciate it.
