@wia, first welcome to CCF. Second, while I agree with what @zimmy and the frog have concluded, it is true that you don't have to. You have asked for our opinions and we are providing them. Consider spending some time looking at old threads here on CCF to get a better feel for what is a mint error and what is damage.
With regard to the circumferential scratch on the obverse, this might be due to a
Coin Wrapping Machine but also is not something that was there when this quarter left the mint.
