1948-S Lincoln Penny Mint Error On Front And Back Of Coin. Help Needed

I found this 1948s Mint Error Lincoln Penny in my grandfather's collection and would like to know what type of minting errors this coin has on both the front and the back of the coin and whether it is worth grading? Second, I agree with @dbm that there are several places on this coin where the metal has been gouged and moved around. That would have happened after this coin left the mint.
