Help! Can someone tell me what type of error is on the back of the coin where the wheat stock is, it's on both sides,thank's!

Well, it's a die break just not a Retained Interior Die Break (RIDB) but a Retained Cud (LDB). Terminology switched to "pre-cud" for these a while ago so probably that is more correct now.

It is a good one, with three separate pre-cuds, and is listed as LDB-1C-1940S-22R, 23R and 24R. Read out that is Lincoln Die Break on a 1 cent coin from 1948 San Francisco mint with pre-cud numbers 22, 23 and 24 with the R denoting the pre-cud is on the reverse.

While there's little likelihood that this portion of the die had actually separated from the die neck, it nevertheless satisfies the traditional definition a Retained Cud. It would be more accurately appraised as a rim-to-rim, bi-level die crack.
