2000 Lincoln Penny with multiple errors--I seen a few like this except the other don't have the error on E in one on the reverse

@DD, sorry but I'm struggling a little bit to see any errors--all of the letter Es seem to be in place and accounted for.

Looks like it was removed from an encasement holder. (but doesn't seem to be old enough to be used for on of these:  When these are removed they look like this on the edges of the coin:

I seen other 2000 with the same error--The liberty looks like it stamped in-- I have other with the same error but not all the errors on this cent.I seen a few with the hole in the head-- All 2000 pennies but to tell you the truth year 2000 is full with errors

It's not rot--the liberty has been punch in perfectly the same way the hole in Lincoln head
