it is a bit hard to tell with the out of focus pictures, but no more than EF with the wear in the hair.

I agree, better photos needed as the lighting in these makes the coin look cleaned.

Enough of the comments about photos already, they are not that bad. I have a cheap cellphone as my only camera.

Please I am trying my best. Unless you are blind you can see the coin perfectly fine.
Notice its only Americans doing this, some British people on another thread graded it without the scathing comments.

Nice coin, but the white spots on the obverse are of concern.
Looks like someone tried and failed to remove PVC damage.
Deal with that promptly before the coin deteriorates further.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

If it helps, its stored in acid free folder and mylar pages, there is no PVC at all in my collection.

But I agree, goodness knows how it was stored until I got it.

Do you havwe any suggestions to remove it with as little damage as possible - its a nice coin I want to keep nice - such a shame to let it rot because of some bozo in the past too cheap to not use PVC pages.
