I've had this coin in my collection for some time. I love the look of the quarter. I understand that the scratches on the reverse would likely make this a details coin based off of information I've found on this forum, but would still like information to further my grading ability. I'm guessing this is somewhere near xf-40 (details) scratched. Thank you for your help!

Coin looks like a strong xf. I dont think the reverse scratches, which seem minor, would by itself details the coin, but both the obverse and reverse seem to have surface damage near the edges. XF details environmental damage.

Agree it is a very attractive coin nevertheless.

Agree with XF-40 details due to the scratches, but it does look very attractive otherwise.
