Hi~ Unfortunately, I stored my coins all together in a box for 40 years~ I know this coin looked a lot better way back when....
It has not been cleaned, so I'm wondering what should I do and how/what should I now store it in? Thank you

Put the coin, in a cardboard 2x2, and keep it in a humidity controlled area, No big temperature swings, the coin's appearance is fine.. Probably between vg and fine, a 75$ coin at least..

Thank you silverwolf~ when I put this in a 2x2 it will be my first one! I am now in the process of putting all of my worthy coins in the little bags (for coins) until I know what to do with them.

First off,do not clean any of them. When you put them in 2x2's make sure to flatten the staples.

This coin has a look that I desire. Like it's been in a box for 40 years or something. Haha! It looks nice!

Thank you jpbone and KenKat~ I'm learning that it's not a bad thing to have a coin that isn't alll shiny but still has lots of character~

The coin has a nice original look, I wouldn't touch it or change it in any way.
