Well once again ......
I spent the better part of several evenings trying to nail this one down to something better than "Marcus" as Caesar
Impressive size
34-6mm 31.33 grams
But for the life of me I can't crack it !
I used some early morning light to see if I could illuminate the subject

Something interesting going on the reverse
First thought was a seated figure with a Nike on right
But that doesn't seem to work
Two figures standing either side of ...... ?
A few letters visible below in exergue

I bet someone around here can deliver me from my ....... ignorance

If correct, fairly valuable and quite rare:

Same obverse die as yours?

First thought was...Nike on right

But there does seem to be a rudder (?) lower right...suggesting Tyche?

If the type is that rare overall, your piece may be unique with countermark. Looks like Naumann missed the rudder due to corrosion, mistaking Nike for Athena.

Bob is most observant

Most definitely an obverse die match with the example he posted.

I did an transparent overlay and they line up perfectly.

This picture is just before they line up.

very cool coin.

Marvelous
If not a bit frustrating too ....
Last night I reasoned it had to be an 'Antioch'
So I searched around
Focused on the rudder
But in my dimly lit brain I had already assumed two figures either side of something between
I must have skimmed straight past

It was listed as Marcus and didn't have much visible on reverse
But it was big and relatively inexpensive
Too bad it got used for a hundred years before it hibernated
