Under the bottom last line on the Queen is a smooth bump. It is joined to the line. Is this a know error? Was wondering if it has any value.

i have added a mark to show the area in question, it is not a die chip.. in my opinion, maybe a plating blister..?

No, it is not. There is no 'P' mint mark on that coin (otherwise it would be very valuable)... that is a pure nickel coin.

Possibly a minor gas bubble, the result of a minor defect in the planchet?
