Looks correct. On a curved clip, you can put another cent into that area.
On the larger clips, the inner curve can distort a bit.

Thanks Errers and Varietys: This is my first 1969 S Clipped. I do have 2 1969 P clipped but not as nice as this one.

People do collect clipped coins to put on a clock with the clock position clip on that time area. (I looked on the net, no image though)

I have seen them. The one I seen about 2 years ago had off center coins it was a nice looking clock but they wanted to much for it. If I remember it was around $260 NOPE to much lol
