2001 D Rhode Island Die Crack Obvrs, Possible Mystery Error?

I believe that I discovered a Die Crack on the reverse. Just inside of the rim, around 10 'clock heading to around the 6:30ish area. Also you can see what appear to be either damage or possibly a completely different coin punched strong along the horizon and through the mast. I circled the die crack with blue, and the anomaly with black circles.
I need to upgrade my equipment because I cant seem to get a focus on the doubling that is appearing on the reverse.

Looks more like a scuff on the coin? If it were a die crack it would be slight irregular and raised. I'm not seeing that on this coin.
