So the leaf is supposed to be there. (normal) But when you look at the design, it is not as deep as the other devices. So it was probably polished off the die. If that is the case then all devices would be slight smaller in size than normal than normal.
Option 2: (which I doubt) There could have been a Grease Fill on that device. This seems less likely as they deeper devices in that area should also be show slight/some fill the other two leaves.

But I doubt this happened. Probably that leaf was polished off the die because it was a smaller sub level device.
