Hello friend, new to this forum.looking for some advice on what may be the biggest discovery this century. Recently, I examined my 1976 bicentennial silver proof set and discovered that all three coins where struck 6 to 9 times leaving a hologram image of several copies off the coin face. Has anyone ever heard of this error. Thanks

Those coins are only struck twice (the regular amount for proofs). Your seeing their images reflected off the plastic cases and back onto the mirrored surfaces of the coins.
