1965 No Mint Mark US Dime Double Strike Reverse Error?

The whole tales side looked wabbled. Then I looked closer noticing "E-PLU" was gashed by an olive branch which is never there... the torch has a secon set of flames between it and the top of left olive branch, I am unsure what the wavy form is on the right hand side..
Is there any idea what its worth?
It is a 1965 with no mint mark.

to CCF. no mint mark means it was minted in Philadelphia PA. I think we need better photos. What does the edge look like? I am seeing a few things:die clash,possible acid damage,VLDS=very late die state.

On the 1965-1967 coins from all 4 mints, there are no mint marks on all coins from the U.S. Mint!
