Looks like MD and maybe early stage DDD to me,not a DDO.

Note on a doubled die the devices are enlarged? Looking back at the same area that you posted, what you are looking at are on the outside edges of the devices. Note on a doubled die, they are enlarged on the centers of the devices. (not the edges) That is were not to look for a doubled die. Machine Doubling is located on that area. Look for the spread on devices. take another look at your image of Liberty and this one again. Then you will remember it easier.
