I found this 1984 D Lincoln Cent that appears to have spiked hair. I have not seen one like this before. Can anyone tell me if this is an error and if it has any value?. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by "Spiked Hair". I do, however see your coin with a Very Late Die State strike. No premium for your coin. Worth 1 cent.

It is a Grease Filled Die issue. The highest points were blocked with the grease in the deeper recesses of the die. With a little bit ore grease in the dies, you have bald Lincoln.
