@LBC, first welcome to CCF. Second, rather than re-animate an old CCF thread by tagging onto it, best practice is to start your own thread. I have done this for you now.

With regard to your coin, your pic is too small to be of much help (see below for what happens when I rotate, crop, enlarge, and enhance it). If it looks as same as the other one, then it most likely is damage (as noted in the other thread) rather than a mint error.

To the CCF

As Spence stated, larger clear properly rotated photos of both sides are a must in helping evaluate a coin.
If we can't see the detail on the coin, then it is pretty hard to help you. Also state what you are looking at
as an error so that we aren't guessing.
