I am wondering what type of error this extra piece of hair is. It has the same type of line going through it as his hair does. Die chip or Cud or something else?

The just wondering what makes a premium? To me it is the how popular the coin is?or silly people give it silly names and the error becomes popular -spitting horse and now there is a pooping horse#128562;

People do this unload stuff they found to get a newbie to think is is something, when it really has no value. Rubes buy them.
