I came across this coin while CHR this afternoon and thought that it looked pretty unique and once I started looking into it I found another one on ebay identical to it and it is categorized as melted but I would like to know what the actual definition / terminology for the issue. Here are a few images and I thank you in advance for having a look and letting me know what is actually going on with it. and I apologize for not including the weight of the coin but my scale called it quits on me this afternoon but I will post it if there is interest in something more going on with a coin and not PMD...
