There is also some damage (e.g. to the N in ONE and the C in CENT). @MW, help us understand why you are so sure that the extra material isn't glue? For example, have you already tried to soften it up with acetone?

I did not try any Acetone but I will and I will get back to you on results. Thanks To Everyone

sorry but this is an example of glue, unless you placed the coin in acetone prior to posting you should not proclaim "this is not glue"
