1963 Roosevelt Dime With Possible DDO & DDR

Hi again good people,

Below is a 1963 Roosevelt dime where the "3" seems to be DDO and on the back on the "D" on DIME. The picture doesn't do either justice. Just wanting to know if this a a know variety.

* #3 on 1963, there is an inverted scenario in the picture below

* "D" this looks very much like the DD's I see on examples and videos. It's inverted as pointed out below.

I wish I could take a better picture because this thing at t certain angle has a crazy split serif.
