ebay should stop this. What's the point of feedback if you can't leave anything without fear of a lawsuit.

It was feedback according to the seller on how the transaction went. I'm not sure ebay will get involved, though, unless they are sued for this themselves. Which would be ridiculous.. but then again, the lawsuit is to begin with.

Interesting how the seller couldn't find a better way to mitigate the buyer's complaint.

Sounds like it's just another loudmouth -threatening- to sue. No action taken as of yet. Fluff news.
