Roosevelt Dime *no Date* Is This A Weak Strike Error?

Not a lot of interesting doubled dies on Jefferson clad dimes. People abuse a lot of coins, when this happens, they are just spendable coins. Damage doesn't make a coin worth anymore than face value.
