The top coin is a Japanese Edo Period "Kanei Tsuho" cash coin, AKA 1 Mon. Based on the character style it is post-1750. These coins were minted up until the mid-1800s (around 1868 I think).
The bottom coin is a Qing Dynasty (China) cash coin with "Tao Gwang Tong Bao" as the inscription on the front. This coin is from 1821 to 1850. The Manchu script on the reverse of that coins indicates it is from the "Boo Ciowan" mint, AKA Board of Revenue mint.
