Identify Older Roman Coin?

Here is another one. A bit harder to make out with the patina and the fading. Coin is approx 18-19mm.

Reverse appears to maybe be a victor / captive motif, though this one doesn't seem to appear in the later period varieties. As best I can tell, the victor has its left knee raised with foot on top of the captive, and right arm is jabbing a spear with a downward thrust towards the captive. The captive is kind of lumpy and might be something else getting stabbed. The letters on the face are hard to make out, but appear to read ...AIV?PFAVG or maybe a C for the last letter. There is a delta sign or an "A" to the left of the portrait. Thanks again in advance!
