I need help identifying this ceasar ancient Roman coin?

Looks to be the reverse of a Roman AE Follis.

GLORIA ROMANORVM with emperor dragging captive.

This design would be mid to late 4th century.

Mint is no longer visible, it would be at the bottom, but it's cut off.

A picture of the Obverse may help narrow down the date range to a specific emperor.

Someone with no coin cleaning knowledge has probably tried to remove encrustations with acid.
That is why the coin has a residual copper pink color.

Sorry other side is a bit blurry in the picture..now I've got several other better looking coins like this some really small some about the size of Nickel but the pictures are way different.
