Hi, my name is Ben and I have gotten into coin collecting and have been going strong for about 2 months now. I have recently came across a 1955 Canadian Cent and was needing some help identifying if I have the version which is worth more or less. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ben, You have a 1955 SF (Shoulder Fold) variety. This is the most common variety. Keep looking though.. they are out there.

SF - the I of DEI does not have flared serifs and points to a denticle.

Sorry if I'm a little late but I'm surprised nobody pointed out that this is the 1955 Shoulder Fold Large Denticle, still somewhat common but not as common as the 1955 Shoulder Fold with Small Denticles. not a big difference to some but I would still keep it IMO.
