This thing caught my eye as it appears to be a minor class 6 DDO, but is too hosed to know for sure what is going on. But then looking at it there are a series of star patterns that have were either created, or exposed by, the cleaning. Just kind of interesting to see the planchet details on this one after whatever they did to it to clean it.

possibly just an odd pattern of corrosion that was removed during the cleaning? Not sure either, quite odd.

Someone ruined this coin. But the areas in question may have been carbon spots? Not a plus for this coin. They would probably come back in time.

Seems like a lot of work for such a comparatively common coin.
Rest in Peace

I have no idea how that happened, but I think that's a cool looking LCM! That's because I like the different, crazy and questionable coins~ The star patterns look like fireworks or sparklers bursting!
