As everyone has said, large date. I found my first ever 82 small date today, now I'll always know the difference. I had seen pictures but still stared at my large date 82 coppers for a long time trying to convince myself they were just small dates in rough shape :) Here is a pic. I knew it was zinc before weighing because of the mint mark.
