Ok so this coin is not in great condition to begin with. But it has a couple of things going on. The major one is the hunk missing out of poor Abe's cheek. Sorta looks like a lamination separation, but then again it looks like a gouge. There is also a lamination crack just in front of Abe's nose.

PSD (Post Strike Damage). Not an error. You can see the pushed and shoveled metal, near the chin.
