So I found this Kentucky quarter and it has these beautiful holographic streaks/lines going through it can anybody help me out?

I agree that is odd surface streaking. Have you tried giving this coin an acetone bath?

No I haven't done anything to it the lines are very sharp and are much more vibrant in person
