Please Help 1999 5 Cent Coin Error?

badbic369 New Member Australia 2 Posts	Posted 03/13/2020 10:59 pm hello everyone, first time posting, new member,seeking some help with a 1999 5cent coin I discovered in the wilderness... Not too sure what to make of it, was thinking it could be some kind of error. Any members who can explain or give me an idea what kind or error it is, is it a mint error? or not a mint error?
