Is this a Trumpet Tail? Also, the upper split in the letter f from the word "of " on the reverse, is that post mint damage?

It's not the trumpet mm. The upper serif is not touching the body of the mint mark for one thing.

The F looks like a circulation hit.

I think both the bottom of the mint mark and the F have taken circulation hits.
