The coin looks like a silver 1 rupee from Hyderabad BUT the final date digit looks odd, almost like an italic n in reverse. weight 11.2g. diameter approx 31mm.
Any identification would be appreciated.

To me, it looks mostly like a number 4, perhaps with a little circulation flattening. According to numista, the full Ain on the doorway makes it a Y#53a:
