1940 D Washington Quarter RPM?

I think today I have posted several examples of Machine Doubling, PMD and basically everything but what I'm looking for. I appreciate all the feedback and links, I have a lot of studying to do...

So is this considered a RPm? This is my 1940 D quarter

I see thickness, hard to tell due to circulation damage over the years...

It is a little hard to tell if you have one or not from the pic, but hopefully this helps.

If the other devices look like that, then it looks like coin wear. A RPM should show a spread, even on a worn coin:
1940-D-Washington-Quarter-RPM?
Note on this example, the split serifs. That shows that it is a RPM. The shape of the mintmark on your coin doesn't look enlarged. IMOHO
