Well they are wheat cents. I don't spend wheat cents. Looks like it was reprocessed over rust. So it is still a Wheat cent.

Of course they're worth keeping. They are not being made anymore!

For future reference, please post one coin per thread, please. And too, please list specific questions you have.

The one with the nearly missing 4 is a grease filled example. Unless the grease is really dominate, there is no real collector demand for them. The really cool ones you'll see have all the main features blurred out.
Being made of steel and being Wheaties, even in this condition they have a value of about 10-15 cents each I'd guess.
