This one most probably has not seen any circulation, but it has been badly handled by those who had little appreciation for the fact that high grade coins almost always have a higher value. Lots of minor dings especially in the obverse field and lots of fine hairline scratches indicate that it has been harshly cleaned by someone with good intentions, but also didn't know. Such harsh cleaning necessarily must have affected the high points of the design. AU-58, cleaned. Report this Post to the Staff
