But to me it looks more like a drooling Eagle. But looking at your coin it appears to be too straight to be a left over die clash. It looks more like a die scratch instead. I feel the reverse is not a clash as the line is straight, and not curved like a clash would show. On a die clash, usually only the areas on the central area of the coin show the clash marks.
