I have two of these quarters and one looks normal but the one in the attached photos seems to have the inner rim on reverse side visibly stamped through to the front side. I have seen this error in the past on other coins but now that I have found one I can't seem to locate the previous coins I have seen online. Can anyone tell me if this would be a rare find?

What your are seeing is coin wrapper damage on the obverse.
