Just found this on a website. Graded, PMG 67.
It's not double quad, but looks better than ordinary binary.

Thank you, John1 and jbuck!
Is the serial number fancy? And is it worth a good premium?

Steve in Tampa is the authority here, and I'm sure he'll chime in soon. It's a nice binary (I know, some will argue the use of this term) and worth keeping, but I doubt there would be a big windfall here.

Still, That is one cool serial number and a fine looking note! If I had it I would not sell it.

Welcome to CCF.

The term binary number became popular with the advent of computers. A binary number to programmers is 1 & 0. The term binary, by itself, means something having two parts. Binary notes always look cooler when both numbers are all grouped together or repeat themselves. I'm liking that it's a 2006 $5 HG-B note...the lowest printed block for the series with only 12.8M printed. The OP's note serial number doesn't have a cool nickname associated with it aside from binary. Collect what you like is my motto. Collect because you think it's cool or interesting or because you like the challenge. It doesn't have to have a nickname to like it. How much are they asking for the note @Heating81 ?

Thank you, SteveInTampa, for your nice introduction!

They ask about 130 dollars. Is it worth that much? @SteveInTampa

I believe $130 is too much for this note...way too much.

I also feel it's too expensive, although it is graded with PMG 67EPQ. Do you think how much it is reasonably? @SteveInTampa
