After looking at Lincoln Cents online this looks like a Retained Cud at about the 5 o'clock position. Could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time or the last.

Looks like a lamination, still a nice find!

Looks a little more like a lam to me too due to the presence of those other metal flakes across Abe's chest. I also don't see any matching Cuds or pre-cuds on the cuds-on-coins website.

Might be a Struck Through Debris error. It's not really straight like a Lamination would be.

Pretty sure that is a lamination. Of note the coin is a DDR.

Good catch tropicalbats! Moose59, you have a major Class 6 DDR on the reverse (extreme extra thickness on EPU). Try to match it to known listings, if you can.

Struck though retained debris on the coin. A lamination would be in more of a straight line.

Should have posted this with the other pics. Side view showing it is just a small piece. retained chunk? Don't think it a lam

I looked at the ("Good catch tropicalbats! Moose59, you have a major Class 6 DDR on the reverse (extreme extra thickness on EPU). Try to match it to known listings, if you can.")
Sure looks like the pics on Lincoln cents on line. Thank You every one

A crack can run from the RIDB to the rim, but the retained break does not include a part of the rim. Retained die breaks that affect the rim are referred to as Retained Cuds
