Need much better pictures with less glare. A close up of where you think there's doubling would be helpful. Otherwise, we won't be able to help you. You need to tell us where you see it, because I am seeing a normal coin at the moment, with glare. All of the glare is hiding what you're seeing. Please don't get upset with Coinfrog.

No. With the 1968 cents it was a swelling master hub. It made the devices fall into the rim area on all the coins that year. In 1969 they created a new master hub and removed the issue:
1968-S-Lincoln-Penny.
This also happened again in 1982 when they replaced the large date dies, with the small date dies.
1968-S-Lincoln-Penny.
Same also for the 1982 quarters because of the same issue the devices were swelling outwards. The 1983 Quarters had a new master hub made that year.
1968-S-Lincoln-Penny.

Again note on all the images, the swelling just didn't affect the rim areas, but all the die is swelled outwards. Note the head sizes on each of the retired master hub coins. No premium for these as the full year runs affected all the coins from all three mints. On the 1982 cents it seems that there is no premium except of the 1982 small date copper which I feel was someone at the mint creating a one time alteration with the wrong planchet. (probably hoping to find it in the wild, and he was the only one who knew there was something to search for)

I see your using two light sources. That distorts what we are seeing. A single light source is better. That way you have light and shadows. Get rid on one light to show what is really there.
